ACWW Nintendo WiFi Guide:
If you want to trade with someone in ACWW or if you simply want to visit their town or have them visit your town you need to exchange friend codes.
HOW?
First, you have to get your friend code.
Talk to Copper if you don't have a Friend Code yet, select the Friend Code option and he'll give it to you.
You can also find your friend code in one of your ACWW menus.
Next, I strongly recommend putting your Friend Code in our Friend Code Database, submit it by clicking here. This is for the ease of everybody.
After you've got your friend code make a topic...
1) in this board if you want to visit someone's town (or you want them to visit yours).
2) in this board if you want to trade.
After you've got someone (or some people) to WiFi with enter each other's friend codes in your ACWW game by going into your menus.
If both of your friend codes are in the Database that part should be easy. Just view the first post of the Database here.
Lastly,
1)If you're going to someone's town
Talk to Copper and leave for their town, their gate will have to be open.
2)If someone's going to your town
Talk to Copper and open the gate.
The host may want to announce that the gate is open (in their rightful topic) once it is.
